Acquisition sees Europa expand workspace offering

Europa has significantly expanded its capabilities within its Workspace division in terms of geographical density and product offering following the acquisition of BGM, a recognised provider of workspace solutions focused in and around London

Europa will be delivering all the current solutions previously provided by BGM to many of the major financial institutions in the city, further strengthening its already established position as the leading workspace solutions provider to the finance sector.

Europa will be creating and adding value to existing contracts by utilising their specialist experience in the field to enhance and improve the service delivery across both the corporate and public sectors.

Greig Brown, Chief Executive for Europa, said “This acquisition further develops our capabilities and product offering in the Workspace arena, an area where we already excel as part of our FM offering.
