Service Works Group brings upgrades to Facilities Show

19 April 2013

Service Works Group will be exhibiting at the Facilities Show demonstrating enhancements to its software and services

The company’s flagship facilities and workplace management software, QFM is now available on tablet and other small screen devices. The trend towards using “consumer” technology for commercial applications and the take up of BYOD (bring your own device) are significantly increasing the use of tablet devices in facilities management.

Tablets devices provide a richer and deeper user experience with comprehensive functionality, higher resolution displays, resizable touch screens and reduced training time.
In Service Works Group’s recent survey of FM software across the UK, just over 60% of respondents said that tablet devices were important to their organisation’s FM department; 74% cited their smartphone as important and 65% considered their PDA device important.

To see QFM running on tablet devices and other recent enhancements to QFM software including improved ‘self-service’ functionality, a new Report Centre for on demand or auto-scheduled reports, user definable dashboards and an enhanced Property module, visit Service Works Group on stand 2E70 in Hall 2 at the NEC.
