Incentive FM 'hits gold for fifth time'

Incentive Facilities Management has received ROSPA’s highest accolade, a Gold Medal, for the fifth year running

The award recognises its approach to occupational safety and health and its commitment to accident and ill health prevention. The scheme not only looks at accident records, but also entrants’ overarching health and safety management systems, including practices such as leadership, workforce involvement and training.

David Rawlins, RoSPA’s awards manager, said: “RoSPA firmly believes that organisations that demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement in accident and ill health prevention deserve recognition. Incentive FM has shown that it is committed to striving for such continuous improvement and we are delighted to honour it through the presentation of an award.”

William Smale, Group Head of Technical & SHEQ at Incentive FM, said: “This award reflects a significant investment by the business in health and safety over many years which has resulted in it becoming part of our culture. We are of the strong belief that there is no job so important in our business that it can't be done safely.”
