Incentive FM secures major UK-wide FM contract

Equiniti Group, a provider of complex administration and payments solutions, has awarded a five-year contract to Incentive FM to provide a TFM solution across its UK property portfolio

The five-year contract is a second-generation outsourced deal that covers all of the office locations for the Equiniti Group. In total there are 26 buildings in the portfolio which covers just under 400,000 square feet of office space and houses 2,800 staff. The largest buildings in the portfolio are in the Sussex towns of Crawley, Worthing and Lancing, with other substantial buildings in London, Bristol, Reading, Birmingham and Belfast.

Incentive FM is welcoming over 70 transferees from the existing contractor across a variety of disciplines including: site and account management, reception, post room, cleaning, security and maintenance. The scope of service also includes energy procurement and management as well as catering, vending and grounds maintenance services.
