The largest buildings in the portfolio are in the Sussex towns of Crawley, Worthing and Lancing, with other substantial buildings in London, Bristol, Reading, Birmingham and Belfast.

Incentive FM is welcoming over 70 transferees from the existing contractor across a variety of disciplines including: site and account management, reception, post room, cleaning, security and maintenance. The scope of service also includes energy procurement and management as well as catering, vending and grounds maintenance services.

Martin Reed, Managing Director at Incentive FM said: “This is a prestigious account and our remit is to remove cost for our clients and drive up standards in a variety of areas using our open cost model and self-delivery service philosophy. We are confident that we have the right management, processes and model to drive this relationship forward and successfully deliver across the board.”

Tim Sonnex, Head of group property for Equiniti Group said: “We deal with some of the most successful companies and government agencies in the UK and so it is vital that our buildings are operated to a high standard that reflects our commitment to excellence. Incentive FM was awarded the contract following a competitive tender as they were clearly the best fit for us sharing similar goals and culture.”
