OCS appoints director of TFM and head of procurement

19 February 2013

International total facilities management provider OCS has made two new senior appointments. Petra Moss is the new director of Total Facilities Management (TFM) while Paul Morrison is the new head of procurement and fleet.

Moss assumes responsibility for the delivery of TFM services across OCS’s customer base. In her many years with OCS, Moss has worked as an area director on a portfolio of single, multi-service and TFM contracts across the OCS customer base. She has also worked as operations director on contracts specifically in the healthcare market, for single, multi and TFM contracts.

“This is an exciting phase of our development and looks to consolidate all of our past service delivery experience to build a solid platform for continued growth,” said Moss.

Morrison joins OCS from Manchester Airports Group and has more than 15 years of experience in procurement roles. His responsibilities at OCS include managing more than 3,000 vehicles and associated equipment and ensuring that commercially-robust contracts are in place that provide value for money and deliver savings.

“OCS is a large and well-respected company within the industry,” said Morrison. “The breadth of products and services that the company requires is vast. The diverse nature of the business, and the impact this has on my day-to-day, really influenced my decision to join the team.”
