BSG partners with Brookeside Group to bring INSIGHT to business services sector

Business Services Growth (BSG), a specialist consultancy for organisations working in the business services sector, has teamed up with The Brookeside Group Inc. to offer its flagship software Brookeside INSIGHT to clients

BSG is the first company in the UK business services industry to partner with Brookeside and offer INSIGHT, which helps companies grow revenue by surveying client perceptions and providing client-specific, actionable reports and specific tactics on how to strengthen client relationships.

The groundbreaking software and analysis system will enable BSG’s customers to better understand the perceptions and needs of their client base, ultimately improving retention and growing their business.
