BSG partners with Brookeside Group to bring INSIGHT to business services sector

18 February 2013

Business Services Growth (BSG), a specialist consultancy for organisations working in the business services sector, has teamed up with The Brookeside Group Inc. to offer its flagship software Brookeside INSIGHT to clients

BSG is the first company in the UK business services industry to partner with Brookeside and offer INSIGHT, which helps companies grow revenue by surveying client perceptions and providing client-specific, actionable reports and specific tactics on how to strengthen client relationships.

The groundbreaking software and analysis system will enable BSG’s customers to better understand the perceptions and needs of their client base, ultimately improving retention and growing their business.

Andrew Shaw, managing director and founder of BSG, said: “We are thrilled to be the first to partner with Brookeside in the business services sector and offer this fantastic loyalty assessment tool to our clients.

“Contract retention is a critical issue for most service providers in the business services sector and the INSIGHT system will make a real difference for them. We will use INSIGHT to evaluate our clients’ customer relationships and to formulate actions for improving retention. I believe that INSIGHT will become the industry standard for measuring the strength of client-service provider relationships in the future.”

Tom Cates, president and founder of Brookeside, said: “BSG is a great company and we are delighted to be working together. This partnership will expand our service offerings in Europe and enable us to deliver our software to the business services sector. We are confident that BSG and Brookeside together will help business services organisations retain more contracts and become more profitable.”
