OCS wins security contract at The Centre, Feltham

International total facilities management firm OCS has won a security contract with the Centre, Feltham in the London Borough of Hounslow

Under the three-year contract, OCS will provide the shopping centre with24 hour manned guarding services through a 15-man team.

The DTZ-managedfacilityis a thriving town centre regeneration schemeand boasts 1 million sqft of mixed use property, comprising 330 sqft of retail, (60 high street stores anchored by a 24-hour Asda), 639 parking spaces, a library, a NHSmedical centre and a 115-room Travelodge plus 650 residential flats.

OCS was awarded the contract based on the company’s proactive local management and understanding of the client’s changing requirements.
