Toshiba TEC’s A4 printers offer long-term cost savings

Toshiba TEC has enhanced its product range with a new series of A4 printers designed to offer corporate customers the best possible long-term savings on their printing requirements

Designed for businesses and departments that print as little as 200 pages per month, the new range comprises four models – the black and white e-STUDIO382P, and the colour e-STUDIO262CP, e-STUDIO222CS and e-STUDIO263CS printers. Customers can now choose from a range of highly efficient desktop solutions offering reliability, quality and productivity.

The compact and efficient design of these models allows all day-to-day printing demands to be met. Printing at a speed of 24-38 pages in black and white and 22-26 pages in colour, they deliver crystal clear prints thanks to a resolution of 1200x600dpi and 1200x1200dpi respectively. Furthermore, they offer remarkable flexibility regarding paper handling – not only can standard office paper sizes be used, but banner paper of up to 1320mm can also be accommodated.

For users who require more than just a printer but do not have the need for an A3 MFP, the e-STUDIO222CS and e-STUDIO263CS models are the ideal solution. With colour scanning and copying as standard, the e-STUDIO263CS even includes a fax function.

While it is tempting to only look at the initial hardware price, many low-cost machines can become incredibly expensive if used intensively within a business environment. Toshiba TEC’s new range of A4 printers have built-in features that result in a lower cost of ownership over the entire lifetime of the product.

Energy efficiency is a key factor in reducing costs. All of Toshiba TEC’s products are designed and built with energy efficiency in mind and this new range is no exception. With low energy consumption plus an additional energy saving mode, they not only fulfil the standards required for Blue Angel certification, they are also compliant with the ENERGY STAR standards.

Providing additional flexibility and user friendliness, all four models include Toshiba TEC’s optional e-BRIDGE Fleet Management System, which allows them to be accessed from any networked PC. Other useful features such as barcode printing and user-friendly print, scan and fax drivers fulfil all the demands of a modern office environment.
