bartlett mitchell launches 10 week healthy lifestyle programme

Boutique contract caterer, bartlett mitchell, has kicked off the new year with an expansion of its DARE (Delicious and Responsible Eating) healthy eating programme to capitalise on the annual surge in consumer interest in healthy eating at this time of year.
The We DARE You! Programme provides customers with information and food choices that can lead to a healthier lifestyle and the 2013 DARE programme features an intensive ten-week campaign of customer education/information, promotions and tastings. Sample topics include good and bad fats; carbs and whole grains – what to eat and how much; alternative sources of protein; optimum portion sizes; and healthy foods to snack on.
We DARE You! is backed up with a whole host of marketing support and will also feature a special LinkedIn group where customers can interact with bartlett mitchell’s nutritionist, Penny Hunking.
