Eversheds select NG Bailey for M&E

17 January 2013

NG Bailey has won a major new facilities services contract with Eversheds, one of the world’s largest corporate law firms. The five-year contract, worth £2.4 million, will see NG Bailey’s Facilities Services division provide M&E maintenance services to the entire Eversheds portfolio of buildings across the UK.

As well as delivering 24-hour services support, NG Bailey will also introduce a building fabric delivery model to Eversheds’ office portfolio across the UK. Stuart Linington, managing director of NG Bailey’s Facilities Services division, said: “We are delighted to have been selected by a company of Eversheds’ calibre to provide Mechanical & Electrical maintenance services across the UK. This is a significant win for us, once again highlighting that our reputation for reliability, and quality and breadth of service, is a major factor driving our growth.”

Paul Dunn, Eversheds head of property & facilities, commented: “We are pride ourselves on being a modern and progressive law firm, and as the first opportunity to make an impression on our guests, our facilities should reflect this in delivering a memorable experience, NG Bailey provides us with the assurance we need, to know that our buildings will be maintained smoothly and supported at all times of the day or night. The company’s range of services also means that it is able to provide project support us in other areas, as required.”

Eversheds operates 45 offices in 28 countries around the globe.
