More incentive for security operations

Incentive Lynx Security, the security services arm of the Incentive FM Group, has appointed Richard Rafferty as Associate Director – Operations, in a move designed to support its recent and future growth.

Richard joins Incentive Lynx from Knightsbridge Guarding where he was responsible for various assignments including the mobilisation and development of security guarding services at the Heron Tower, one of the City of London’s most prestigious office and retail developments.

In his new role he will be responsible for assisting in the management of all security operations within the Incentive Lynx portfolio which include prestigious clients such as Broadgate Estates, Land Securities, IPC Media and the European Bank. He will also be tasked with further developing and motivating an operational team that delivers a cost effective quality service to its client base.
