Cofely wins TFM contract for Infineum

Cofely is to deliver a full integrated facilities management service to Infineum UK. The contract is for an initial period of five years and will cover Infineum’s global headquarters, research & development facilities, workshops and general administrative areas, based at Milton Hill, Oxfordshire.

A key element of the contract is the rigorous methodology being developed by Cofely and Infineum for the measurement of performance, which will be based on a balanced score card approach.

A dedicated team of Cofely staff will self-deliver, or manage specialist sub-contractors delivering, services which include M&E building maintenance, cleaning, reprographics, CAD, calibration, laboratory support, post room & logistics (stores), grounds maintenance, waste & recycling management. There are also plans to introduce energy management as the contract proceeds.
