QFM Dashboard and Reporting innovation from Service Works

29 November 2012

Service Works Group, the international supplier of leading Facilities Management Software, QFM, has released a range of significant enhancements to its reporting dashboard; adding greater functionality to a system that already offers a comprehensive snapshot of an organisation’s facilities performance.

New features include an Enterprise Dashboard; a tool which enables users to create their own personalised reporting on-screen console, giving rapid visibility of trends and performance. The Dashboard includes ‘drag and drop’ functionality to group together a visual summary of data and various reporting elements (i.e. KPIs) in a single place, which provides both a view of high level processes and performance and deep drill analysis of data, enabling informed decisions to be made. Layouts can be saved and added to a library for ongoing selection.

The dashboard, combined with QFM Reporting, a module which provides organisations with over 400 reports used for analysing trends and patterns, will now enable FM professionals to achieve greater level of operational efficiency through enhancing the capabilities to create succinct, in-depth reports of KPI performance, for validating decision-making and future strategic direction.

For further information regarding QFM’s new dashboard reporting, please email info@swg.com or telephone 020 8877 4080.
