Media Connect video conferencing solution

A new range of video conferencing solutions is aimed at facilities managers who want a fully functional out-of-the-box, system that can be easily self-installed.

The Ashton Bentley range, available from Saville Audio Visual, are designed so that they are complete solutions save the codec and camera, and can be installed by just plugging in the power and single comms connection. The aim is to have a system of a level that would previously have to be installed by an integrator, that was available off the shelf.

The range includes Solo, Connect 2 and Media¦Connect. Solo 40 is a complete “ready to use”, immersive room solution for video conferencing and presentations. Ready for deployment in private offices, small meeting rooms, breakout spaces and collaboration areas.

The Solo 40 is supplied complete with either the Ashton Bentley interface-s or interface-f table box that connects via a single cable to the main stand which houses the abox Core Processor. The system provides a fully integrated, complete, room connectivity and control solution. The abox Core Processor/interface combination provides the user with input connectivity for analogue or digital laptop computers, and simple semi-automated control of the system. Automatic input sensing, advanced signal format detection, smooth auto switching and high performance scaling and optimisation, complete with an intuitive, simple seven-button control interface.

The Connect 2 is the twin screen solution, while the Media|Connect is supplied complete with an ergonomically designed attached meeting table with the Ashton Bentley interface-f flush table box that connects via a single cable to the main stand, which houses the abox Core Processor. The system provides a fully integrated, complete, room meeting system with full connectivity and control solution.

The interface-f, when partnered with an Ashton Bentley abox Core Processor, provides a fully integrated, complete, “out-of-the-box”, tabletop, room connectivity and control solution. The interface-f provides input connectivity for one analogue and one digital laptop computers (display and audio) and Automatic input sensing, advanced signal format detection, smooth auto switching and high performance scaling/optimisation. Housed in an ergonomic, stylish flush mounted enclosure complete with a simple seven-button control interface providing users with intuitive operation.
