Bell to fine tune FM

26 September 2012

Aidan Bell has been appointed to ARAMARK’s UK executive team to drive forward the company’s growth plans for its facilities management operations.

Aiden Bell

Bell joined ARAMARK in 2010 and heads its ARAMARK Workplace Solutions division. He joined ARAMARK from Balfour Beatty Workplace, where he was a director. He is a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Andrew Main, ARAMARK’s UK Chief Executive, said: “Facilities management services already account for around a quarter of our UK revenue and we see a great future for our efficient, friendly and expert FM capability. By joining our executive team, Aidan will give focus and impetus to our company-wide efforts to accelerate the growth of this business.”

ARAMARK Workplace Solutions division provides ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ facilities management, either standalone or alongside ARAMARK’s food services. Among others, ARAMARK offers engineering, cleaning, reception services, and mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Facilities management clients at ARAMARK include Ferrari, FIAT, BIFFA and ING Direct. The company also provides integrated FM and food services for organisations in the public sector including the Ministry of Defence.
