Conference foresees risk in property

4See Group, health and safety and environmental consultants, has joined forces with law firm, Pinsent Masons, to hold a free one-day conference to discuss the key issues facing commercial property.

The conference at Pinsent Masons' offices at Earl Street, London on 3 October brings together experts in the industry to present and discuss the short to medium term prospects and offer strategies to help delegates plan and manage them.

The day is arranged into two key sessions. The morning speakers will cover key changes in health, safety and building compliance. After lunch will be discussions on recent developments in environmental and sustainability issues.

Among the speakers are Simon Joyston-Bechal, Partner, Pinsent Masons LLP; Ruth Gilbody, Director, 4See Group; and Charles Woollam, Partner, SIAM LLP, who provide specialist advice to investors in commercial properties.

Delegates can opt to attend all day or select just one of the sessions, depending on their area of interest.
