Reaping rewards at the Renewables Roadshow

10 August 2012

With the Government's flagship investment programme, Green Deal, due this Autumn, the organiser of the Renewables Roadshow argues that if business doesn't get on board now, they might miss out on the biggest opportunity the construction industry has seen for years.

"Even if, as expected, the Green Deal takes a few months to get going, you need to get a headstart by integrating it into your business by October at the latest or we predict that your competitors will be winning the work that the 'green rush' generates in 2013," said Managing Director, Dan Caesar. "For the people you need to see, the presentations you need to hear & the products you need to touch, the Renewables Roadshow has everything energy-efficient under one roof, and we make the effort of visiting your region."

With £1.3bn a year earmarked for delivering energy efficiency and heating measures across Great Britain, Green Deal is the hot topic at the Renewables Roadshow and the organisers are building the Green Deal Theatre to respond to demand. However, in total, there will be seven educational theatres with dozens of presentations including the Commercial Theatre and the Training Theatre. The full timetables for the theatres will be available to attendees that have pre-registered in advance.

What's more, visiting the Renewables Roadshow will give you access to an exhibition that showcases thousands of energy efficient products including air source, controls, insulation, low-energy lighting, micro CHP, smart metering, solar as well as many more technologies.

The Renewables Roadshow is designed to be as cost-effective a day out as possible for your business and as such parking and tickets are complimentary. For refreshments or relaxation, the Baxi Lounge is available throughout the Renewables Roadshow opening hours of 09:30 to 16:30. Furthermore, complete a Renewables Roadmap as you visit the exhibitions and you will be eligible to win an incredible £10,000 prize courtesy of our partners, Plumb Center.

Dates for the Renewables Roadshow exhibition are:

Midlands (Ricoh Arena) 13th September
South West (Westpoint Arena) 18th September
North East & Yorkshire (Harrogate International) 20th September
Scotland (SECC) 26th September
North West (Event City) 28th September
London & South East (Wembley Stadium) 3rd October
