Coolers just got HOT!

08 May 2012

WaterCoolersDirect, online market-leading seller of all things water, is exhibiting its groundbreaking 9 series water cooler at this year’s Facilities Show.

The King of Cool (& Hot) as it is being branded, is a unique, high performing dispenser of both hot water (hot enough to make breakfast tea) and ice cold water at the touch of a button – something the industry has been trying to develop for a number of years.

Aimed at FM companies whose customers require a high capacity water cooler, the Winix 9 series is available in two variants: the 9C chilled and the 9D hot/chilled and both boast a high capacity, capable of dispensing consistently high volumes of chilled and hot water; with the 9D reaching temperatures of over 90 degrees. These coolers incorporate cutting edge IceCore™ technology and offer FM companies an excellent opportunity to provide a high performing but cost effective water solution that hardly requires any maintenance and incorporates a DIY, easy-to-change filter function – saving the customer significant amounts of money on expensive service contracts.

Fred Cairns Palmer, managing director at WaterCoolersDirect said, “Following rigorous product development and trials, we are excited about our 9 series water coolers – they are cutting edge and the industry hasn’t seen anything like this since the launch of the Waterlogic 2500.”

As a one-stop-shop water solution the 9 series coolers mean that customers can ditch their kettle, it is an excellent environmental solution as no plastic bottles of water will ever be required, it is tamper proof making it the perfect choice for hospitals and medical environments and has a very high capacity, ideal for high-use areas.

“I’m expecting the 9D to be popular as this dual beverage functionality isn’t widely available from other coolers on the market at this price point,” concluded Fred.

Exclusively available through WaterCoolersDirect, the 9 Series coolers are stylish and compact and are available in black and silver. Other features include an integral cup holder and a backlit dispense area that accommodates a sports bottle. In addition, there is a facility to drain away excess water to waste if required.

WaterCoolersDirect will be exhibiting its full product portfolio at the FM show including its vast range of hot taps that dispense continuous hot water, high capacity water fountains, popular corporate coolers and water dispensers that are suitable for disabled use.
