No more lost building documents

08 May 2012

We developed e-bims for a facilities management company that required building information to be updated, stored and maintained in a centralised accessible location. We have now launched the e-bims service nationwide as it has become invaluable to our existing clients.

e-bims is a service to provide a secure on-line searchable central database for all of your buildings’ critical documentation and ensure your information is kept up-to-date. e-bims uses powerful OCR engines to scan and read files including rastered PDFs, which enables the documents to be fully searchable. Additional documents and drawings are tagged with key fields and stored in multi-levelled folder structures.

e-bims is an affordable exciting new tool for facilities managers to retrieve their building documents through simple yet powerful search combinations. Our in-house engineers can also update your record documents to ensure they remain current.

Please come and visit us at the Facilities Show on Stand R2 and find out more.
