Morrison announces three new contracts worth over £130m

Three new partnerships extend from Woking in the south and Tamworth in the Midlands to 15,000 properties in the North East.

In the North East, a seven year contract, with a possible two year extension, with Home Group is for the provision of responsive repairs, voids maintenance and planned maintenance to 15,000 properties in Home Group’s largest region.
A new housing management and repairs partnership with Woking Borough Council is set to run for five years, with a possible five-year extension. Morrison is working as part of New Vision Homes with Pinnacle PSG and Mansell Construction Services to provide responsive repairs and planned maintenance services to 3,800 properties.
In the Midlands, Morrison is continuing its seven-year relationship with Tamworth Borough Council for an initial five years, with a possible two year extension. Under this agreement it provides gas servicing to 3,800 properties throughout the Borough.
