Paul Wades in to NG Bailey

28 March 2012

Paul Wade has joined NG Bailey to launch and lead a new group energy services offering. He will report directly to executive member and group business development director, Sean Wickens.

Paul Wade

In his new role, Wade’s primary focus will be on launching the new energy services proposition, bringing together the group’s specialist energy, and cost, reducing offerings, for clients.

Once launched, he will be responsible for the generation of new opportunities, working closely with both the operations and business development teams from across NG Bailey's five specialist divisions. Wade will also hold a place on the group’s business development senior leadership team and form part of the senior management team. Wade will also oversee the group’s offering in the Public Sector Outsourcing market.

He brings with him over 15 years experience. Most recently Wade was the head of global energy services for ISS, where he was responsible for leading the global energy services offering, which included introducing new energy related services including LED lighting installation, energy auditing and intelligent building control systems.

He commented on his appointment: "During the years I’ve spent in the industry I have admired NG Bailey’s market-leading position and am delighted to have been given the opportunity to help shape its future growth, through my appointment. Energy management and monitoring is key to clients who need, or even want, to reduce their carbon output and the associated cost of running their assets. NG Bailey has many areas of specialism that can achieve this – and I look forward to packaging them, so that clients can see the benefits that are available from working with NG Bailey in this way, more clearly."

Sean Wickens, the group’s business development director, added: "Paul’s appointment will help strengthen our standing in the marketplace. We have a lot to offer and through Paul’s expertise, I have no doubt that potential clients will realise the strength of our offering."
