Concept Reach™ from FSI (FM Solutions) Limited, Microsoft Gold partners, provides a light, web-based front-end application to compliment the wider use of the Concept Evolution™ completely web-based CAFM solution.

Gone are the days when clients had to chase the status of their maintenance and FM requests, phoning the helpdesk and being left in a queue for the information, even when, more often than not, the FM team could be seen from the other side of the office. Having a helpdesk system meant the FM team became an unapproachable entity.

Now, thanks to advances in CAFM technology, the solution can be extended beyond the FM team to clients. By providing clients with the tools to engage directly with the FM team, they are able to monitor the status of their requests, as well as logging these requests too, in a seamless and speedy process which allows them to not be distracted from their day-to-day activities.

Concept Reach™ from FSI provides users with immediate access to the core Concept Evolution™ completely web-based CAFM solution via a light web-based portal. If users do not have or need access to the full Concept Evolution™ system, Concept Reach™ provides them with the tailored access they need, thus allowing them to interact with the same information.

Concept Reach™ is a widget-based product, allowing users to fully customise their page layout and style using a drag-and-drop system. Users can display as few or as many of the widgets as they so choose, and extra widgets can easily be added to ensure users have a fully bespoke intranet system and user experience. Users can take external widgets or feeds and drop them into their Concept Reach™ system, creating a customised layout which sits alongside any other useful information.

The flexibility of delivering Concept Evolution™ via Concept Reach™ revolutionises the traditional reactive, data-capture Helpdesk into a dynamic business tool. Users feel empowered as they have hands-on access to and control of facilities information, and as the solution is fully customisable, access is via an instantly recognisable format.

With the availability of security models to control user access, data and functionality isn’t compromised. Data is segregated based on the setting of individual identities, ensuring users, and authorised users at that, only have access to information of relevance to them.
