Good reception for Pratt

Portico has appointed Simon Pratt as Managing Director, with responsibility for growing Portico’s customer base, with an emphasis on developing the service offering and enhancing the client and customer experience.

Commenting on his appointment, Pratt said: “As the economy remains unstable, professional front of house service providers are going to have to deliver creative solutions that offer impeccable service and exceptional value for money. Portico’s tailored service approach is highly valued by its clients and I am very much looking forward to working with the team to increase its UK presence.”

Pratt joins Portico from Knightsbridge Residents Management Company, where he held the position of CEO. Prior to that he was General Manager for Dolphin Square in London; and has also worked in many senior front of house positions in prestigious hotels, including Grand Hyatt Dubai, a Hyatt International 5 star hotel.

Portico’s Chief Executive, Noel Mahony, added: “We’re excited about the current opportunities that the professional front of house services market holds and we are delighted Simon has chosen to join us at this time. The combination of Simon’s expertise in providing excellent customer service with our ability to deliver a distinctive and highly valued offering will enable us to grow our market share.”
