Enhancements made to Techconnect Amplifier

12 January 2012

Vision’s Techconnect Amplifier has been given an internal make over with a new memory function which allows the installer to pre-set the input and volume level.

Vision’s General Manager Stuart Lockhart: “Increasingly the Techconnect Amp is being used in hospitality and museum applications where the power is turned off centrally every night so this change is a result of responding to customer feedback. Now when you reach your hotel room and put you key card in, the amplifier turns on automatically to the correct input at the right level regardless of how the last user left it.”

The ability to pre-set the volume means a museum exhibit integrator can tailor the volume of each zone as a visitor passes through the space.
Having deployed over 16,600 pieces of the current version of the Techconnect Amplifier Vision say their digital amplifiers are proving significantly more reliable than traditional analogue amplifiers.
