The LBS GROUP is pleased to announce the introduction of the LBS SERVICE PARTNERSHIP combining the preventative planned maintenance and reactive repair of Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Fire & Security Doors and Shutters.

The LBS SERVICE PARTNERSHIP provides a complete planned preventative maintenance program and discounted call-out rates reducing operational downtime, reducing the need for call-outs, extending life expectancy, substantially reducing costs.

It is a legal obligation that all Industrial, Fire & Security shutters are regularly inspected and serviced to ensure that they are safe and work correctly to meet the requirements of:-

 Regulation 5 of the Workplace (Health, Safety & Welfare) Regulations 1992
 Regulation 6 of the Provision & Use of Works Equipment Regulations 1998
 Regulation 6 of the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997

In short, every shutter must be inspected and serviced at regular intervals and LBS provide a complete service based on over 28 years experience.
The LBS SERVICE PARTNERSHIP offers a 24hour/ 365 day reactive repair service to individual premises and multi-site clients, coordinated by a helpdesk dedicated to cater for our client’s needs following mechanical or electrical break-downs, impact damage, burglary etc.
