Service Works Group establishes operations in Ontario, Canada

Service Works, the leading global P3 performance delivery and facilities management software provider, has announced the opening of a new office in Ontario, Canada. The Ontario operation, based in Toronto, will be responsible for the provision of sales, marketing, service delivery and support for Service Works’ flagship software, QFM, throughout Canada.

This comes at a time of sustained growth for Service Works, which has seen its Canadian client base expand substantially over the past 12 months. The Toronto office will be headed up by Eric Arsicot, who as a multi-lingual, Prince II qualified professional, has extensive experience in IT service delivery and software consultancy.

Commenting on the launch of the Canadian operation and Eric’s appointment, Gary Watkins, group managing director for Service Works said: “The establishment of an office in Canada is central to Service Works’ global expansion strategy. It demonstrates our commitment to our existing Canadian client base and will allow us to further expand our business across the region.

“We are delighted that Eric Arsicot has accepted the Canadian appointment and I am confident that his extensive commercial and project management expertise will deliver significant value to Service Works’ clients and the wider Canadian P3 and FM market place.”
