Facilicom adds Indigo to family

Vebego International has sold Indigo Services UK Limited to Facilicom Services Group, an agreement that comprises all of Vebego’s cleaning activities in the UK.

The takeover is in keeping with Facilicom’s international multi-services strategy and will result in the entire management team and the more than 1100 employees of Indigo Services being transferred to Facilicom Services Group UK, Facilicom’s British subsidiary. Hans Gennissen, Chairman of the Board of Facilicom, said: “Our organisation has been providing cleaning and security services on the UK market for over ten years. With the takeover of Indigo Services we are further strengthening our position within the UK cleaning sector.”

Ronald Goedmakers, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vebego International, added: “Vebego is a family company that operates internationally in the areas of facility services, personnel services and health care. The starting point for our international activities is developing and offering these services in a way that is geared towards the needs of each particular country and the opportunities available there. Indigo Services generates good results and offers high-quality cleaning services. Our starting position on the UK market is, however, too limited to provide a basis for the further development of our complete service range. We are delighted that Facilicom Services Group UK is the company’s new owner.
