Law firm Irwin Mitchell has announced the award of its first outsourcing contract for TFM services to OCS. This prestigious five year contract includes the provision of catering, cleaning, M&E, pest control, courier, mailroom, document management, security, travel desk and waste management services across the firm’s national network of offices.

The in-house FM team will transfer to OCS under TUPE regulations. Irwin Mitchell’s Operations Director, Gary Jackson, commented: “The strategic partnership with OCS will ensure a high level of expertise and knowledge in the increasingly important area of facilities management. Our continued success over the last few years has seen an increase in the time and resource tied up in this area. Now is the right time for this to be handed over to experts in this field.”
