NFS Technology, providers of the Rendezvous Workspace room and resource scheduling software, are delighted to announce they will be exhibiting at this year’s Total Workplace Management 2011 exhibition at London Olympia, on 11-12 October.

NFS will be on Stand C32 alongside ITSL Group – leading provider of IT and audio visual solutions to the corporate market, and a strategic technology partner of NFS.

Key points featured on the stand will be:

• Integrated Room Booking and Environmental Control
• Intelligent Audio Visual Control
• Automated Video Conferencing Interface
• Monitored room reports on ‘no shows’
• Provision of other room usage statistics.

NFS have an enviable track record in supplying scheduling software to organisations in the corporate market, with clients including blue chip organisations such as Fujitsu, Investec, WPP and Old Mutual, who rely on NFS’ technology to manage their rooms, resources, video conference & telepresence calls and hot desks , often on an international basis.

ITSL Group are one of the UK's leading specialist AV and VC integration companies, providing a range of technology solutions to the commercial and public sectors. ITSL Group are accredited Crestron and Lifesize partners providing world class end-to-end audio visual and video conferencing solutions.

In response to an existing and potential clientele which is increasingly mobile and international in flavour, often with a workforce informally bringing in their own hardware to complement their employers’ formal IT infrastructure, NFS are expanding from solutions that are only accessible from a desktop PC to ‘cloud’ solutions that are accessible from a plethora of mobile devices - but with no compromise in functionality.

When NFS are not making life easier for facilities, client services and front line staff, they are also delivering other tangible benefits by partnering with cutting-edge companies such as ITSL Group to offer a total solution to their clients.

ITSL Group offer a strong solutions portfolio which not only includes AV system integration, HD video conferencing and telepresence technology from LifeSize, but they are also fully certified Crestron partners with a team of expert in-house programmers.

In response to market demands for sustainable working, NFS and ITSL Group are leveraging their relationship to go beyond traditional room and resource scheduling to encompass a new concept of ‘smart rooms’, where Rendezvous Workspace seamlessly integrates with ITSL Groups’ Crestron systems to control AV systems, lighting, blinds and air conditioning. With such a solution in place it will now be possible for organisations to automatically save costs and energy, as unused meeting rooms will no longer be consuming electricity or heat. This solution is great for the environment and delivers a tangible return on investment not achievable with other traditional room booking solutions.

“We are really excited to be partnering with ITSL GROUP at the Total Workplace Management show,” comments David Mapps, NFS Sales Manager for Rendezvous Workspace. “Visitors to the exhibition will not only to get to see our extensive range of solutions for room and resource scheduling, but they will also see how these solutions can be used as the driving force to deliver sustainable working practices coupled with improved customer service standards – all in the palm of the hand.”
