Incentive FM has appointed a new Associate Director, Group Sales to join its Senior Management Team. Russell Tomlinson will be working with the Directors and senior management team to further develop the business and support the existing sales team.

His appointment follows on from a record breaking 12 months which has seen the Incentive FM Group profits grow by 17% and sales by 25%. The company hopes to continue this successful profitable growth with particular emphasis on developing and managing high-level customer relationships. He will also take on the role as Group Security Advisor providing both Incentive FM and its customers with security related advice and audits.

Russell has spent the last 27 years in the manned guarding industry, starting his working life in this country as a Security Officer in 1984 when he emigrated from Zimbabwe. He spent nine years at Reliance Security where he rose through the management ranks and in 1993, he joined The Shield Guarding Company. Russell was the Operations Director at Shield Guarding until he left this year and he brings with him to Incentive FM a wealth of customer care, sales development, man management and security industry experience.

Commenting on his appointment Jeremy Waud, Managing Director at Incentive FM Group, said: “Russell is someone we have known for many years and he brings with him a wealth of business experience and has worked with many major blue chip companies. His appointment will help to ensure that we continue to maximise all the opportunities available to us in the sector and have another extremely good 12 months.”
