Carrier say don’t delay on Inspection of Air Conditioning Systems

The CLG require from the 1st of July mandatory lodgement of air conditioning (AC) inspection reports as the January deadline has now passed for the European Performance of Buildings Directive AC compliance surveys.

Buildings with a rated load of 12kW or over need to adhere to this legislation as the policing authority, Trading Standards, will soon have knowledge of those building not compliant.
