CH&Co launches Via360 - London's most intuitive reception-services brand

Leading hospitality group CH&Co has just launched Via360, an innovative reception-services brand set to challenge the way London’s top flight companies and professional firms ‘greet and meet’ their guests

“Via 360 is, as our name implies, all about managing the whole guest journey in and out of a building; everything from the warm welcome to the considerate goodbye,” reports Glen Mumford, Operations Director of Via360. “We have developed a proven service model which is more in line with the intuitive responses of an upscale boutique hotel than a 5 star chain concept.”

Via360 is not an entirely new departure for CH&Co as it has been providing reception and concierge services for prestigious clients such as Sony and Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP. As Tim Jones, Chairman of CH&Co explains: "Launching this new brand makes perfect sense at this time. With the solid foundations of CH&Co to support Via360, we are able to offer clients a wealth of hospitality experience as well as the expertise and investment to introduce leading-edge technology, vital for a seamless service."
