CH&Co launches Via360 - London's most intuitive reception-services brand

23 June 2011

Leading hospitality group CH&Co has just launched Via360, an innovative reception-services brand set to challenge the way London’s top flight companies and professional firms ‘greet and meet’ their guests

“Via 360 is, as our name implies, all about managing the whole guest journey in and out of a building; everything from the warm welcome to the considerate goodbye,” reports Glen Mumford, Operations Director of Via360. “We have developed a proven service model which is more in line with the intuitive responses of an upscale boutique hotel than a 5 star chain concept.”

“We work in partnership with our clients to establish a truly bespoke service for them, tailored to be in line with their vision and culture,” explains Glen. “What sets us apart is our focus on the human experience and the Via 360 service is based on the six key touch points we have identified in the guest’s journey*. Our staff are trained to be proactive and above all use intuition and their five senses to unfold this style of service, doing everything they can to make guests comfortable and prepared for the purpose of their visit.”

Via360 is not an entirely new departure for CH&Co as it has been providing reception and concierge services for prestigious clients such as Sony and Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP. As Tim Jones, Chairman of CH&Co explains: "Launching this new brand makes perfect sense at this time. With the solid foundations of CH&Co to support Via360, we are able to offer clients a wealth of hospitality experience as well as the expertise and investment to introduce leading-edge technology, vital for a seamless service."

Via360 client Mayur Patel, Director of Facilities, Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP said: "Delivering great client service is important to us and we regularly get positive feedback on our service from our guests. The thing that stands out for us is the continual improvement… Just when we think it is at its best, the team develops something new to create yet another "wow".

Via360 will specialise in offering clients a one team approach, working with all the teams involved in running a building and will include:
 Reception services
 Switchboard
 Meeting room services with 'technology assist'
 Concierge
 'First impression' design services - to include lobby, flowers, decor, uniforms
 HR and training
 Bespoke innovations
"Being on the front desk is about building long term relationships and for each client Via360 will create a bespoke innovation – something special about the service which is unique to that client and mirrors their brand and culture”, explained Glen.

Glen Mumford has been at CH&Co for over 4 years and has managed and mobilsed reception –services projects for many key City clients. Glen has a keen eye for detail and a flair for understanding how to communicate the essence of a client’s brand in every activity front of house.
