Roll is right side of the law

16 June 2011

Rollright Facilities has won a £18.5 million, five-year total facilities management contract with European law firm, Field Fisher Waterhouse. The contract will see Rollright manage the firm’s facilities team and associated services.

Charles Sinton, Rollright’s Commercial Director, stated: “This is a very positive time for Rollright. Rollright and Field Fisher Waterhouse both place great emphasis on fostering a supportive working atmosphere and continuously improving service. We look forward to applying our FM intellect in this new environment.”

Peter Titus, head of facilities at Field Fisher Waterhouse, commented: “The firm is growing significantly, particularly across Europe, and we wanted to review how we could best deliver the most efficient and effective facilities management services across the firm’s seven offices. We identified we needed a scalable and flexible workforce to manage the increased demands on the existing team. By partnering with a specialist facilities management company like Rollright, we will have access to a flexible resource for day to day operations and projects across our UK and European offices. In addition, our in-house team of experienced professionals will benefit from the greater training, development and career opportunities that being within a dedicated facilities management provider will bring.”
