FREE Fluke Building Diagnostics Thermography Seminars

Fluke, the global leader in handheld electronic test and measurement equipment is offering a programme of three, free “hands-on” Thermal Imaging Seminars particularly aimed at showing how to diagnose problems in heating, ventilation and plumbing systems, assessing energy loss in buildings, and solving roof and damp ingression.

The half-day seminars are open to all facility managers, building inspectors, energy assessors and heating and plumbing engineers, giving the opportunity to gain knowledge of how the technology can be used to detect energy loss and damage in residential or commercial buildings. In the Building Diagnostics Seminars, participants will gain practical knowledge about thermal imaging and its benefits, common applications, and preventive/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting practices. In addition to learning about basic thermal imaging theory, participants will see demonstrations of how thermal imaging has been used in actual property case studies, and will have the opportunity to practice using various features of Fluke thermal imagers, including IR Fusion®. Suitable thermal imagers include the entry level Fluke TiRx Inspector, through the Fluke TiR and TiR1, to the high-end Fluke TiR32 Building Diagnostics Thermal Imager.

The three free seminars will be:
1. Using thermography for diagnosis of heating, ventilating and plumbing systems
Checking for airflow, water leaks, blocked pipes and radiators, under floor heating problems, HVAC pump and motor problems? Then this seminar is for you.
Who should attend – HVAC engineers and technicians, heating installers and repairers, and plumbers
2. Using thermography for assessing energy loss in buildings
Assessing optimum use of energy in a building, checking building for leaks and insulation problems? Then this seminar is for you.
Who should attend – Energy assessors, HVAC engineers and technicians, insulation installers
3. Using thermography to solve roofing and damp ingression problems
Looking for water ingression and leaks in flat roofs or looking for causes of damp and mould?
Then this seminar is for you.

Who should attend – Roofers, roofing repair professionals, restoration professionals
The free events will take place during March through to April, located in the South, the Midlands and the North of England.
