‘Smart’ Service from OCS brings customer satisfaction recognition

OCS has been named a finalist in the Institute of Customer Service UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2011 for its CleanSmart™ entry in the Customer Satisfaction Innovation Award category.

Awards finalists will be celebrated at a banquet at the London Marriott Hotel on 22 March where the overall category winners will be announced.
