Do your benefits add up?

10 March 2011

How good are your benefits compared to those of your peers? You can find out by contributing to the Hays benefits survey for FM staff which will be published in PFM’s April edition.

Hays and PFM are surveying professionals in the FM sector throughout the UK seeking the opinions of a range views from facilities management assistants through to facilities management consultants. We want to find out about your work benefits including what material benefits you receive, your work-life balance, and how you are rewarded for your work.
Since April 1999, Hays and PFM have collaborated to provide a continuous and unrivalled analysis of trends in salaries and benefits among FM professionals.
The results of the 2011 benefits survey will be printed in the April 2011 edition of PFM alongside Hays  comprehensive salary survey for the UK. This special feature will provide an overview of the market place, identifying trends and opportunities in FM along with a view from Hays experts of what the future holds.
Click here to complete the survey.  The Annual Salary Survey will be published in PFM's April edition and posted on . The full Hays report will also be available on
Thank you for participating,
