Hotel-style FM from Bennett Hay

22 December 2010

Bennett Hay, the boutique FM provider, has launched its new FM concept designed to consolidate costs in this challenging financial climate.

Taking a five-star ethos from the hotel to the workplace, Bennett Hay’s Hotel FM will streamline operations and improve customer service delivery at a time when UK businesses are seeking to shrink their FM budgets.
Following the company’s ability to provide a boutique FM service to companies of all sizes, Hotel FM will display a guest-centric approach which is evident in all areas of the workplace.
Extensive client research undertaken by Bennett Hay has demonstrated that 83 per cent of companies favour breaking down facilities management budgets into a single cost, avoiding the implanting of several single services into the workplace. The new offering is a response to the cost-conscious climate of UK business, coupled with the need to reduce risk through reliance on experts.
Anthony Bennett, director at Bennett Hay said: “Hotel FM allows companies to simplify their outgoings and renew their focus on the core of their business, rather than managing their workplace. We formed Bennett Hay using the principles of service instilled by the world’s leading hoteliers and through rigorous training and recruitment processes we can guarantee a truly five-star service.”
