Integral UK is to provide building and facilities maintenance services to Hammerson plc, specialists in managing prime shopping centres

The contract solution for Hammerson combines client side expertise with Integral UK expertise. Over a fixed three, plus optional two year term a dedicated management and engineering team, from Integral UK will provide an extensive range of planned and preventative maintenance engineering and fabric services to support to a number of Hammerson shopping centres including the Bullring, Brent Cross, Queensgate, West Quay, The Oracle and Highcross.
With over 35 years of retail services experience, supporting in excess of 7,000 retail outlets, specifically 40 shopping centres across the UK, Integral UK understand the Retail environment, providing safe, comfortable, clean and secure solutions that take into consideration client needs, culture and priorities as well as wider issues surrounding compliance and brand image protection.
