Insurer turns to Europa for FM at 24 sites

Europa wins an integrated FM contract with mutual investment, retirement and insurance group LV=

Europa has successfully been awarded the contract to deliver an integrated FM service for the mutual insurance, investment and pensions group LV= The c£25m, five-year contract will provide full hard and soft services to 24 LV= sites.
 LV= is the UK’s largest friendly society and a major financial services provider.  It offers a wide range of products, is the UK’s fourth biggest car insurer and a prolific winner of prestigious industry awards.  The company employs over 4,000 people, serves more than 3.8 million customers and members and manages around £9.7bn pounds on their behalf.
Greig Brown, Europa’s Chief Executive, says “This is a fantastic opportunity for our business and we are delighted to have LV= as a client.  We have been working with LV= since March this year, initially with the tender process and now through mobilisation and implementation. The thoroughness of this process has been testament to the care and attention LV= dedicates to its people and has allowed us to build some excellent relationships with the LV= team.  We are really looking forward to providing LV= with the best environments for their people.”
