Emprise unveils new ARC and technical services offering

Emprise Services has opened an Alarm Receiving Centre at its London office to extend its security capability to integrate both manned and electronic security.

To launch the ARC, Emprise hosted a seminar on the theme of ‘Integrated Security, Intelligent Spend,’ to mark the opening of its newly built Control RoomEmprise’s category 2 Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), located on a newly acquired floor at its London office, represents a significant investment and enhancement of the business’ security proposition.
Emprise is now able to offer a full remote monitoring service designed and maintained to be compliant with BS 5979 and NSI Gold Standard accreditation, extending Emprise’s security capability to include electronic security and integrated solutions.

Emprise’s enhanced security capability will provide intelligent spend for its clients by offering a highly effective solution that significantly reduces costs as well as improving service delivery. It has recruited a highly experienced team of CCTV and alarm installation engineers. The new technical services team bring valuable knowledge and skill to the business and carry all the required accreditations to deliver, install and maintain CCTV, access control, intruder & fire alarms, fire detection & suppression as well as data infrastructure installation.
Emprise has also launched an additional complimentary service, the Emprise Operations Centre. This new service is a 24/7 helpdesk facility that can be offered as either a standalone or integrated service solution. The Emprise operations centre provides a remote facility mirroring the internal processes of clients’ helpdesks out of hours.
With this new complimentary range of security services, Emprise will be able to offer integrated electronic and traditional security presence under a single management structure, delivering a holistic approach with tangible benefits.
