MITIE enters the property insurance claims market

MITIE, the strategic outsourcing company, has announced its entrance into the Property Insurance Claims market, with the launch of MITIE Property Solutions. Controlling and managing insurance claims requires considerable expertise. MITIE’s new service allows the whole process to be managed, from start to finish.

Supported by a team of experts, including customer service, surveying, repair, and compliance professionals, MITIE will ensure that claims keep moving and that customers get the right outcomes.

The surescope™ process uses specialist expertise to manage the key drivers of claims costs - validation, scope, settlement route and repair management.  Responsibility for the claim is retained by MITIE throughout the life of the insurance claim and customers are proactively supported. This approach results in a reduced claims cycle, lower costs and increased customer satisfaction, as well as, a guarantee that covers all the repair work.
