Oltec Group Facilities Management Launches

26 August 2010

Oltec Group Facilities Management has launched to provide a complete range of facilities management services to the entire business sector. Based in the North West of England, Oltec Group FM is emerging as one of the premier providers of an integrated Facilities Management solution. Employing 2,000 staff throughout the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, Oltec Group FM is ideally placed to provide a national facilities management solution.

Its range of services is practically endless, with key elements including Security, Cleaning and Hygiene, M&E, Waste and Recycling and Ground Maintenance. However as Oltec Group MD John Roddy points out: "Our services do not simply end with the basic FM elements. We pride ourselves on our innovation and flexibility and as such can provide everything our clients require from hiring in plants or decorations for their offices to sourcing and installing entertainment systems. We can even take care of pest control issues!" The company works across  broad range of sectors including corporate, retail, shopping centres, industrial, manufacturing and educational. Curent clients range from household names such as Boots and House of Fraser to Bombadier.

To ensure that the entire service is effective Oltec Group FM operates its own UK Communications Centre complete with a Data Capture Division and integrated Management System. This enables experienced and focused management teams’ continual up-to-date information to understand risk and business culture thus ensuring a full return on investment.

In addition to the key services, Oltec Group FM also runs a dedicated training academy. Situated within the company head office the purpose built academy provides bespoke training and development courses to meet both the business's and customers' requirements. Due to the nature of most of these courses running over two or three days, the company also provides in-house accommodation and dining facilities.
