Integral UK acquires Beale & Co

12 August 2010

Integral UK has acquired the service and maintenance assets of Beale & Cole, one of the leading providers of building service engineers in the South West.

The purchase from Beale and Cole’s appointed administrators on 26th July ensures the safe transfer of 24 Beale & Cole employees, together with their plant and equipment, over to Integral. Established for over 40 years and with offices in Exeter and Plymouth, Beale & Cole’s reputation for delivering service quality and reliability had ensured many loyal long term customers.
Keen to preserve both the experienced team and their dedicated customer base, Integral recognised the opportunity. Bryan Glastonbury, Integral’s MD commented “Beale & Cole are a very respected M&E contractor in the South West. When they succumbed to administration we stepped in to retain an excellent, experienced team of people and continue providing an outstanding service to a superb portfolio of customers. Those customers may now benefit from the Integral formula, based on providing a comprehensive range of maintenance services, delivered by directly employed, well trained and skilled personnel, local to a client”, said Mr Glastonbury. "Existing customers can rest assured that there will be no interruption to the service they are receiving and can look forward to taking advantage of a wider portfolio of services.
Integral UK will continue to operate from Beale & Cole’s Exeter and Plymouth offices."
