Integral wins HVAC and M&E maintenance contracts

Integral UK has won a major new contract delivering HVAC services to Britain’s largest provider of secure mental health facilities, and another with DTZ in Wales and the South West.

Partnerships in Care has over 20 years’ experience caring for men and women with complex mental health needs, employing over 2,000 staff and with an annual turnover of more than £150m. The contract  with Integral UK is to provide full HVAC services its national portfolio of 30 properties, including 20 hospitals, training centres and community facilities.
Integral UK Business Development Manager Mark Whittaker said: “Partnerships in Care is already a major customer for our Fire Division and I am thrilled with this opportunity to extend our range of services to them.”
As well as providing the planned maintenance service through their network of 15 regional offices, Integral will also be providing a 24/7 helpdesk and reactive maintenance service.
Integral UK has also won a new contract with leading DTZ to provide maintenance services at commercial properties in the South West and Wales. The three-year deal will see Integral UK provide full M&Emaintenance cover for five commercial property locations in Cardiff, Bristol and Clevedon.
Caroline Strudley, Integral UK’s Business Development Manager for the South West and South Wales, said: “We are delighted to have won this contract, which sees us embark on a new relationship with DTZ, who are one of the biggest and most respected names in the commercial property sector. The contract, which started this month, is to provide full planned and M&Emaintenance services to five commercial properties for DTZ and we are really looking forward to building on this relationship and strengthening our ties with the company.”
