Energy-smart drying from PHS!

24 June 2010

SMARTdri is a revolutionary high speed low energy premium hand dryer available exclusively from PHS Washrooms. Using just 0.8kW/h of electricity and utilising a new powerful combination of air velocity and air flow, SMARTdri is arguably the best hand dryer available. SteriTouch antibacterial surface protection is also incorporated into SMARTdri, which coupled with automatic operation makes hygiene a key feature.

PHS Washrooms is pleased to launch SMARTdri™, a revolutionary high speed, low energy, premium hand dryer – the latest and arguably best performing hand dryer currently available on the market.

Designed by the World Dryer Corporation, global leader in hand dryer manufacture, SMARTdri is available in the UK exclusively through PHS. This innovative, new product uses just 0.8kW of electricity per hour, and incorporates new technology focused on an optimal blend of air velocity and flow to dry hands in just 10 seconds. This development makes SMARTdri the most energy-efficient and fastest hand dryer available, using 90% less energy than traditional dryers. It’s a powerful dryer, ideally suited to demanding and high-use environments.

Hygiene is another key feature of SMARTdri. It incorporates SteriTouch® antibacterial surface protection, which drastically reduces the spread of germs such as E.coli, Salmonella and MRSA, and also features automatic ‘no-touch’ operation, to further reduce cross contamination.

SMARTdri is available in white and polished chrome, to blend beautifully into all washroom interiors.

Ian Osborne, Managing Director of PHS Washrooms says: "As the UK’s leading washrooms services provider we are continually looking for products that enhance our range. Airforce™, the first of our high speed, low energy hand dryers, has already proved a huge success. But bringing SMARTdri into the range allows us to focus even harder on energy-savings, which are so important to us and to our customers."

Coinciding with the launch of these exciting new products, PHS Washrooms has developed a fresh-look, easy-browse new brochure suite, to showcase the complete range on offer and make it quick and easy to see exactly how they can improve customers’ washrooms.
