Incentive FM renews Hosted CAFM contract with Integrated fm

27 May 2010

Leading facilities management company Incentive FM has renewed its contract for use of Integrated fm’s Hosted CAFM (Software as a Service - SaaS) solutions for a further three years. The Hosted CAFM package includes Helpdesk, Asset Management, Mobile fm, Procurement Management, Resource/Room Booking and Visitor Management – all of which can be accessed by each client’s intranet.

Used by Incentive FM across 21 contracts, the Hosted CAFM service enables CAFM (computer aided facilities management) software to be hosted on a secure remote server, rather than on Incentive FM’s own servers or those of its clients. The software is then accessed through a standard web browser and paid for on a monthly fee basis.

As well as enabling Incentive FM to mobilise new contracts quickly and with no capital outlay for software licences, use of the service avoids the need to upgrade computer hardware to accommodate the functionality of the latest CAFM systems.

"Using the Hosted CAFM service gives us the flexibility to drive down costs for all parties, and tailor services to each client’s requirements," noted Incentive FM’s Bruce McDonnell. The service has also proved to be very cost-effective as all software upgrades and IT security issues are taken care of by Integrated fm. Where the system is linked to a client’s intranet, internal customers have also found the system easy to use," he added.

Integrated fm has pioneered Hosted CAFM solutions within the FM sector for over 10 years and is the UK’s leading provider of SaaS solutions with over 150,000 users accessing the service on a daily basis.

"We have worked with Integrated fm for many years and were one of the early adopters of the Hosted CAFM service. It has proven its value across many types and sizes of contract, so renewing the agreement was an obvious decision for us to make," Bruce McDonnell concluded.
