CLM One launches at The Facilities Show 2010

29 April 2010

This year's Facilities Show will be the launch pad for CLM One, the new bundled building maintenance service from industry experts CLM LTD. CLM One is designed to offer a package of specialist services carried out by its own nationwide team of dedicated CLM One engineers.

CLM One is aimed at those FM contractors and managers responsible for keeping multiple retail units, hotels, industrial facilities or any commercial premises operating correctly. From PAT to heating services, water treatment to lighting maintenance, our CLM One engineers possess all relevant industry qualifications and are cross-trained to be hugely flexible in the tasks they can complete. An inspection or service visit can often be carried out by a single, multi-skilled engineer.

Shaun Caddick, CLM Sales Director, said:  "There are very few companies in a position to offer this service nationally. We find that the biggest headache for duty holders is having to rely on a patchwork of local contractors using variable prices, contracts and, to be honest, technical competence. Our solution is to offer the highest quality service consistently across all sites and The Facilities Show gives us the ideal opportunity to inform and educate the market."

To find out more visit CLM LTD at show stand E55, 11 - 13th May 2010, at the Birmingham NEC.
