Faceo launches its new package of multinational services

Faceo has launched a new offer called 'Mainstream FM Services' for companies seeking a single multinational service provider to accompany them across their geographical footprint.

Based on three core strategies - Think Global, Act National, Deliver Local - Mainstream FM Services is aimed at international companies who wish to benefit from a single agreement on a geographical area, with a unique point of contact and a commitment to standardised facilities services (building maintenance, safety, hospitality, cleaning, catering, etc ...).
Mainstream FM Services is underpinned with a CAFM (Isilink) to manage the relationship between Faceo and its clients by measuring and reporting at local or consolidated levels, on the quality of services delivered. 
Faceo already has several large Mainstream FM Services customers, including the Groups AB Inbev, Delphi, IMS Health and Thales.
Faceo offers its customers corporate governance, consolidated reporting tools, and consistent FM services in all countries. Faceo realised in 2009 a turnover of €450m. It employs 6,000 direct and indirect staff and manages over 2,500 sites representing 8 million sq m and 200, 000 users.
