TimeAttend launches first ‘Pay As You Go’ staff attendance monitoring system.

15 April 2010

TimeAttend, has launched the first ‘Pay As You Go’ time and attendance monitoring tool available in the UK - with no ongoing contractual requirement. FoneLogik Lite is the latest addition to the suite of products from TimeAttend designed specifically to monitor staff time and attendance across multiple remote sites, reducing costs and management time.

For the first time users can quickly and easily adopt a fully featured time and attendance system with zero ongoing commitment. An initial usage period is even provided free of charge so that the solution can be fully evaluated at no cost.

The extremely intuitive and flexible user interface enables the user to easily set up unlimited sites and staff to be monitored and generate reports allowing immediate evaluation of the benefits.

Current users of FoneLogik estimate that preparation of monthly wages alone is reduced by at least by 25% by feeding reports directly into existing payroll systems.

Simon Thomas, Managing Director of TimeAttend explained, "With this ‘no strings’ option we are pleased to offer another first in the time and attendance industry. We want to encourage FMs to try using a time and attendance system without having to enter into a lengthy contractual agreement with the vendor.

Today, more than ever, FMs are under pressure to reduce costs. It can often be a risky endeavour evaluating the ROI of a time and attendance solution and may indeed require a ‘leap of faith’.

FoneLogik Lite provides all the benefits without the risk and offers a clear upgrade path into the full suite of TimeAttend products and services should these be needed.

Reduced costs through better management become tangible very quickly and at no risk to the FM."

FoneLogik Lite supplies each staff member with a unique pin code and can be used on any telephone at a site. Staff simply call an allocated 0845 phone number and are prompted to enter their unique pin code to clock in or out. Information can be displayed both by site and regionally and is accessible via TimeAttend’s secure reporting website, 24/7, 365 days a year, from anywhere in the world.

FoneLogik Lite is the perfect solution to quickly and easily evaluate the huge benefits of staff time and attendance monitoring.
