The Property Management & Maintenance Show 2010

25 March 2010

29th - 30th November 2010. Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. Quartz Publishing and Exhibitions Ltd has released details of a brand new event being staged later this year in Abu Dhabi – one of the most thriving Emirates in the Gulf region.

Called the Property Management & Maintenance Show 2010, the event will focus on the efficient maintenance and organisation of a building’s infrastructure, bringing together product & service providers with facility managers & estates professionals. Staged over two days (29 -30 November 2010), the event will create an environment for business and the exchange of ideas between manufacturers/suppliers and buyers/decision makers.Once completed, these projects need to be managed and maintained. And this is in addition to the millions of square metres of development completed in recent years.

The right location

There are currently some 3400 civil building projects valued at $1.35 trillion active in the Gulf region.

The right event

A mix of exhibition and seminar content will create a dynamic forum, making The Property Management & Maintenance Show 2010 an event where visitors will:

  • Make purchasing decisions.
  • Identify new products and innovations.
  • Source new suppliers.
  • Gain valuable information for future developments.
  • Hear the latest thinking on future trends and marketing opportunities.
  • Exchange ideas and network with like-minded people.

In addition to the range of commercial exhibits, the event will host seminar sessions free of charge to all visitors. Topics covered will include: sustainability, hospital hygiene, energy efficiency, and general facilities management.

The Property Management & Maintenance Show 2010 is the only event in the region where exhibitors have the opportunity to meet face to face with facilities managers, contract cleaners, property developers, estate managers, operations managers and building maintenance managers - all under the one roof.

The venue

The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) is a state-of-the-art venue, opened in 2007. It comprises 12 exhibition halls covering an area of 55,000 square metres, making it the largest exhibition venue in the Middle East.

Associated products

ADNEC won the ‘Best Venue’ award in the 2009 Middle East Event Awards, and has also been heralded the ‘Middle East's Leading Exhibition Centre’ (World Travel Awards 2009), and ‘Best International Venue’ (Confex 2009). There is an on-site 400+ room 4* Aloft hotel, and the international airport is just a 10 minute drive away.

In addition to the event in Abu Dhabi, Quartz Publishing & Exhibitions Ltd is launching PMM Middle East - the only electronic magazine circulated to the Middle East community of facilities managers, building owners/landlords, property & estate managers, support service companies, contract cleaning companies, and distributors/manufacturers of cleaning & maintenance equipment. The first issue will be published in May. To submit editorial for inclusion in PMM Middle East please contact the editor, Neil Nixon, via e.mail: nnixon@btconnect.com.
